    26. Orgasm Deep Dive: Why Getting There Isn't Always Easy Part 1

Picture this: you're doing all the right things, the mood is right, the body is there… and yet pleasure has quietly left the building.Your orgasm has ghosted you! In part one of an Orgasm Deep Dive on Labia Logic, Drs. Ashley Fuller and Meredith McClure are talking all about the very real experience of orgasm going AWOL. They have Dr. Irwin Goldstein as a guest expert to tell us why orgasm problems are almost never "just in your head" or "just hormonal" or "just pelvic."  Ashley, Meredith, and Irwin cover the five regions involved in orgasm and explain the orgasm dysfunction categories. This conversation reframes orgasm as a full-body, full-system event, and explains why missing pleasure deserves real medical curiosity, not a shrug. 23. Good Vibrations. A Beginner's Guide to a Buzztastic O

Ever wondered if a vibrator could be your new favorite wellness tool? And which one is the "right" one anyway? In this episode of Labia Logic Dr. Meredith McClure and Dr. Ashley Fuller dive headfirst into the world of pleasure with zero shame, lots of laughs, and a reminder that orgasm is a learned skill, not a magic trick you missed in sex ed. The hosts welcome Elizabeth Leister of Vitality Within, a sexual wellness coach who helps women navigate vibrators, tools, and sexual pleasure with clarity and compassion. Together, they explain why sexual health is health, how pleasure connects to blood flow, hormones, menopause, postpartum changes, and long-term relationships, and why using tools isn't "cheating," it's teamwork.  From beginner-friendly vibes to suction tech, rabbits, rings, and the legendary wand, they explain what's out there and who each option might help. Bottom line? Pleasure should be playful, empowering, and fun. Whether you're flying solo, spicing up date night, or just curious, this episode proves that good vibrations really are good medicine. About our Guest: Elizabeth Leister: I began my career as a teacher. At the same time, I was coaching girls in Junior OlympicVolleyball clubs. I moved on from teaching and transitioned into specialty pharmaceutical sales. I continued coaching for many years. After my second child was born, I spent 14 years at home as a stay-at-home mom, where my knowledge and passion for all things fitness and nutrition grew and developed. In this time, I was able to educate and coach many women in nutrition and fitness. After recognizing an unmet need in women's health around sexual wellness, I started Vitality Within to help fill this gap, while at the same time keeping the conversation around nutrition and fitness all tied into sexual health. 22. Labia Logic Goes to O-School

In this episode of Labia Logic, Dr. Ashley Fuller and Dr. Meredith McClure are kicking off January by diving headfirst into orgasms, because women's sexual pleasure still doesn't get nearly enough airtime.  From awkward silence to Hollywood myths, they ask the big questions we're all thinking: Why don't we talk about this more? Who do you even ask when something isn't working? And why did no one cover this in OB-GYN residency?  The good news: if orgasms are elusive, you're not broken, and you're definitely not alone. This episode covers what orgasms actually are: a full-body, full-brain event involving nerves, blood flow, hormones, pelvic floor muscles, and neurotransmitters. Oh and yes, the brain! The biggest sex organ of all.  Ashley and Meredith are talking about common myths like penetration-only orgasms, explaining the infamous orgasm gap, and calling out pop culture for setting wildly unrealistic expectations. They even explain why faking orgasms happens, how it backfires, and why pleasure ≠ performance. This episode lays the groundwork for how to troubleshoot, optimize, and reclaim pleasure. Everyone deserves a sex life that's satisfying, shame-free, and actually enjoyable. Homework encouraged. 21. The Great Vulva Glow-Up: Vaginal Rejuve-NO-tion

Ready for round two of the "Vulva Glow-Up" month? Buckle up, baby! Today we're wading straight into the glittery marketing swamp of vaginal rejuvenation, where promises and pseudoscience hold hands and sprint into your wallet.  Think: lasers to red-light gadgets to things being injected where things should never be injected. This episode of Labia Logic is your myth-busting roadmap so you don't accidentally sign up for a $3,000 "collagen-communication cellular moonbeam therapy" appointment in someone's wellness spa next to a salt lamp.  Now, are there real reasons people look for help with dryness, pain with sex, urinary symptoms, or changes after birth, hormones, or menopause? Yes. Are there actual evidence-based treatments? Also yes. But somewhere between legitimate medical care and "crystal womb steam detox pearls," things went off the rails.  Dr. Ashley Fuller and Dr. Meredith McClure walk through everything being marketed as a vaginal glow-up, and help listeners separate helpful tools from expensive nonsense backed only by vibes and Instagram stories. Your vagina doesn't need to be "reborn," "reactivated," or "youth-ified." She's already magnificent.
