Tune in to learn all about the 4 Pinecone pillar foundations for your health and start thriving! If you like what your hear, please show your support by subscribing to this podcast and sharing with all your friends who would benefit from listening! ***** A note from Courtney: I referred to a book in this episode and want to acknowledge I had some of the details wrong. The book is titled Why We Sleep and is written by Matthew Walker, PHD. He is, in fact, British (not Swedish) and works as a professor of neuroscience and psychology at UC Berkeley. The extensive study he has conducted on sleep started in 1996, and while he does draw from science published over many years in addition to his own studies, his personal research was not 30 years long as I said. You can find his work at www.sleepdiplomat.com. Oops! This will serve as a lesson to be sure I don't mention any anecdotal information off the top of my head without checking resources before recording. :) Contact: IG @courtney.peacock email hello@wearepinecone.com music written and performed by Dustin Coffman
