A Ignacio le gusta mucho el gimnasio. Ignacio comienza su rutina de entrenamiento con 15 minutos de cardio en la trotadora. Es muy importante para calentar el cuerpo. Mientras está en la trotadora, Ignacio escucha su música favorita, para mantener la motivación. Después de la rutina de cardio, Ignacio usa las máquinas del gimnasio. Levanta pesas para trabajar los brazos. Uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho, nueve, diez. Inhala, exhala. Luego, usa una colchoneta para hacer abdominales. Él quiere tener un abdomen perfecto y marcado. A continuación, hace sentadillas y trabaja sus piernas en las máquinas.     What do you have to take with you on your next trip? ☀️ In this episode, you’ll learn important items for traveling and how to give recommendations using tener que + infinitive, one of the most useful structures for everyday Spanish. Tener que + infinitive ⬇️ This structure is the equivalent of “to have to + verb” in English. Use it to give advice or recommendations en español. Example: Para tu viaje a la playa, tienes que llevar bloqueador solar.
