Absolutely love the calming yet purposeful and driven energy of the podcast. I couldn’t help but quickly scribble notes of my favorite quotes during the first episode (might butcher the quotes but they’re along the lines of): “Sometimes, you just need to listen.” “People stay in dead environments and hope for growth.” “Repeating things is a form of self-love.” Everything feels like its been done with genuine intention and purpose, I can’t wait to for more to come!!

I just love the vibe and confident behind it, This podcast was really helpful, I got a really productive train of thoughts. •Motivation never comes before you start with something, it’s always after the first step you take to do what you want. (I love with that) it was an awesome reminder and a reality check. •Definitely consistent makes it perfect. Looking forward to having more of these podcasts. Would definitely listen to it again.
