Emma Bowes | Let's Talk Stillbirth | with Claire Foord

In today's episode we delve deep with Emma Bowes. Emma shares with us her personal journey with her beautiful daughter Elke, who was tragically born still at 36 weeks. Some topics we touch on today are: • Stillbirth, and what it is like to introduce your baby to their siblings. • How to make memories with your baby • What hindsight can teach us about pregnancy • The power within, and; • How to communicate with your baby in pregnancy. For those that don't know, Emma also ran a fundraiser for Still Aware this year. With the help of friends, family, and her community she was able to raise over $22,000 for Still Aware – a monumental achievement! Emma is a Member of our Still Aware 100 Voices Program in honour of Elke, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are to have her as part of our community, and all she has done for not only us, but stillbirth awareness at large.
