Alison has had more than her fair share of heartache and hardship in her life but she still gets up each day and fights the good fight. I have had the privilege of watching her get her mojo back, so to speak, over the last few years since momentum has been gaining in her daughters case.
Along with this tragedy, Alison suffers from Bipolar and has since her teenage years. Jamie talks to Alison about everything from mental health to Kirra and everything in between.

Powerful and emotional

I was doing my food shopping and listening to the episode where Tamiqua and Allison speak. It was all I could do not to cry. A very powerful conversation between them. The courage of Tamiqua to speak so openly to Allison and Allison’s forgiveness and bravery to listen to and comfort her, especially in the face of her devastating loss. So brave. Both of them.

Raw and Emotional

I have found this podcast so raw and emotional. Thank you and Kirra’s family and loved ones for telling her heart wrenching story. Kirra was caught in a terrible situation that she was unable to escape from. I hope that other people in the same position can find the way out before it is too late. Well done to you all x
