EP302: I want to be a different person
My client recently said this. She wants to be a different person. You’ve had that thought many times, right? Being a person is hard. It’s inevitable that “different persons”, all imagined, of course, look better than the person you are.But what if you aren’t a person? Maybe the desire for different isn’t about being a different

EP300: Resting as your true nature (Working with thought and awareness)
Episode 300 is all about working with thought and awareness to re-cognize your true nature. Awareness is always-present. It is who and what you are. EP299: Guided Meditation: Exploring What Is
I get a lot of questions about what it looks like to feel what’s arising. How do we welcome what’s here? How can we fully immerse in what is? These are great questions that aren’t easily addressed by more talking about it; so in this episode, I walk you through an experiential exploration. This was very intuitive

EP297: When you have it and you lose it
It can be heartbreaking to feel as if you “have it” – clear seeing, a buzzing energy, emotional freedom, a loss of identity –and then to feel as if you “lose it”. And, this is what you signed up for. It must be this way. This is awakening, not the always happy picture your mind

Love this podcast
Dr Amy, thank you - these podcasts have inspired me so much and helped me understand my true nature. I love how honest and relatable you are.
Praise Dr Amy
I listened to the first episode after discovering Dr Amy on another fabulous podcast (Lowtox Life) - and now I cannot stop listening. As another reviewer said, if only I had been able to hear this when I was younger, to think of the help I could have had back then with anxiety. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you
Podcasts for me
Rapt to discover these podcasts. So many different areas of life being covered. I love the opportunity to reconsider what I've seen in the forums or lounge or calls. I thought the last one with Emillie was a standout. So much beauty in what Amy and Emillie shared and so special to discover Emillie's success in unbounded joy rather than traditional measurables.
And now I’ve just listened to Sue. After glimpses through LSBC it was wonderful to listen more fully to the way Sue is embracing life. What a joy to be privy to this. Thanks Sue and Amy. The podcasts fill me with hope and gratitude to those in our world ready to trust and share so openly.
