Andrew Durack is the Marketing Manager for St Ives, a leading retirement living operator in Western Australia. Rather than comparing themselves to competitors, Andrew has looked to the lives being led by their residents for his marketing inspiration. Amazing CX resource and entertaining

I discovered this podcast 2 weeks ago and have already listened to a tonne of episodes. These guys really know how to deliver a great CX podcast, for the concepts that really help to have a visual they provide links to diagrams and examples. Unlike some of the marketing and business podcasts out there you actually want to listen to Michael and Adam, they are entertaining and straight to the point.
