Inspiring

An in depth dive into how Dads are able to balance family life with striving for athletic goals. The balance of being fit, and a father is a hard one to strike, and Nathan’s interviews with high achieving dads gives great insight into tips and techniques to inspire others to reach for their own goals. A must listen for all Dads.
