Possibly the most valuable podcast out there!

I’ve been listening to HPM for a little over half a year now, and it’s honestly made such a difference to my productivity and approach to challenges. I’ve learnt so many new tools to help me throughout my everyday life, and I love that these often come from people who are truly high performance coaches or entrepreneurs.

I feel like I have so much more awareness of how important it is to maintain a good mindset in order to perform well. This podcast inspired me to explore sports psychology through my higher education as well! :)

Thanks Cindra and guest speakers! 🧡
