And if you're anything like me, you're totally okay with that. This is a place where we talk about how to build a great business, but not necessarily a massive one. A place to talk about how we build a life that is balanced and integrated, but not necessarily optimised to levels that are not realistic for most of us. In short, it's a place where we explore how to be moderately successful. The work will always remain yours, and for the most part, it's simple, but not easy.I sincerely hope it's valuable to you.-MikeIf you want to talk about working with me get in touch on mike@smbmastery.com.au or https://www.linkedin.com/in/mikeadamscott/

You need to listen when you can take notes

This podcast cuts right through all the chaff of what you’ve been thinking about in your mind and gives you clear direction, shapes your mindset and provides practical strategies to improve your business.

Mike also overlays anything he says with the reality of how challenging it can be to execute properly so if you explore any of his lines of thinking, you know exactly what you’re in for. But you also know the rewards and outcomes are proven because he’s done it.

A regular dose of 15 mins of mental wellbeing

Mike, is a straight-shooter. He is not only well-read and connected in industry, he has also been there and done it. He has built (with friends) a successful business with a great exit. Now he is adapting his life as a leader in an organisation where he part of someone elses system.

Mike battles all of the same things people do as modern leaders and aspiring good human beings. He clearly and concisely articulates his strategies on how he overcomes and faces the stresses and concerns we all do.

If you don’t come away with at least one piece of gold, you need to re-listen!
