EP 15: "Everything Was 'Great' On Paper" with Anna Bucklar

I met Anna on a sweaty beach club dance floor in Santa Teresa, and I knew immediately she was my kind of person. We bumped into each other again at the gym, grabbed a smoothie, and honestly - the rest is history. Our convos are always deep, always real, and this one is no different. Anna had it all on paper. A thriving wedding photography business with international clients, a marriage, a dream apartment, a life that looked incredible from the outside. And yet, something was off. That little niggle beneath the surface that whispered there's more - she kept trying to bury it. Until she couldn't anymore. In this episode, Anna shares the raw, honest story of walking away from her marriage, her business, and the life everyone expected her to live - and jumping into full-time solo travel with no plan, no end date, and a whole lot of faith. What followed was one of the most profound journeys of self-discovery, healing, and learning to actually be with herself. We get into: the moment she hit rock bottom, the self-destructive patterns she used to cope, how a random Brazilian man in a foreign country accidentally cracked her open, healing her eating disorder through solo travel, the power of sisterhood, and why being alone might be the greatest gift you ever give yourself. We also talk about how to read the clues your life is giving you, how your triggers and patterns are always trying to tell you something, and what it actually looks like to lean into fear instead of running from it. This one's for anyone who's living a life that looks great on paper but feels a little hollow on the inside. The invisible thread is real, sis - and it's always leading you somewhere worth going.  Find Anna on IG here: https://www.instagram.com/goingannawhere/

EP 14: Why Men Need Men's Work (And What Happens When They Don't) with Jordan Candlish

Okay, this one's for the girls who have a man in their life they deeply care about - and lowkey want to slide this episode into his DMs. This week I'm sitting down with Jordan, a men's and relationship coach - absolute legend, which you'll see very soon. We talk about men's work, emotional suppression, what actually happens when men don't have an outlet for their emotions, and why the women in their lives often end up carrying more than they should. Jordan shares his own origin story - from a 17-year-old driving through the night sobbing over his first heartbreak, to discovering meditation, yoga, and eventually building a life and a coaching business from the inside out. It's raw, it's real, and honestly? It's the kind of conversation more men need to be having. We also get into: the limbo phase of personal evolution and why it feels so isolating, the hero's journey (and how it just keeps repeating), money mindset, the shadow, plant medicine, Gene Keys, astrology, full moon energy, and how to actually invite your partner into growth without pushing them further away. That last bit is gold, by the way. If you've ever wondered how to support the man in your life without becoming his therapist, mother, or life coach - this episode is going to land for you. Jordan's perspective on masculine emotional health is something I think we all need more of right now. EP 12: Manifestation That Actually Makes Sense

In this solo episode, I’m breaking down manifestation and energetics in a way that actually makes sense. Because let’s be honest - manifestation can sound airy fairy real fast. “Be the version of you who already has it” sounds cute… but how do you actually do that in real life? This episode is all about that. We’re talking about energy, frequency, the law of attraction, and what it really means to become an energetic match for the things you say you want. I walk you through the practical side of manifestation - your environment, your nervous system, your habits, your relationships, the way you start and end your day, the beliefs you’re carrying, and the emotional energy you’re containing. I also introduce a simple but powerful concept: Channel 10 You The version of you who is living in alignment, making loving choices, backing herself, and already operating on the same wavelength as the life she desires. Inside this episode, we explore: what energetics actually meanswhy you attract what you’re a match forwhy your habits matter more than your vision boardhow trauma, suppressed emotion, and limiting beliefs affect manifestationhow to identify the gap between your goals and your current energywhat Channel 10 You looks like in real lifehow to start becoming her nowIf you’ve been wanting more from life but feel like something isn’t clicking, this episode will help you see where your energy might be out of alignment - and what to do about it. Because your life is always communicating something to the universe.  The question is… does your energy match what you say you want?

EP 11: Herpes, Love, and Self Worth with Demi Ward

In this episode, I sit down with the beautiful Demi for a conversation that feels deeply important, honest, and long overdue. We’re speaking about herpes. The shame around it. The stories people make it mean. The fear that rises when you first find out. And the truth that so rarely gets spoken about. Both Demi and I share our own experiences of receiving the diagnosis and what unfolded after. We talk about the emotional spiral, the fear of not being lovable, the way society has conditioned people to see herpes as something dirty or devastating, and how that simply is not the full truth. This conversation is really about what happened because of it. For both of us, this experience became a portal into deeper self honesty, self respect, boundaries, truth, intimacy, and self acceptance. We speak about how it can become a mirror, a messenger, even a kind of GPS, showing you where you are out of alignment, where you are self abandoning, and what is asking to be healed. Inside this episode, we explore: what it felt like to first find outthe shame and fear that can come with the diagnosishow herpes can trigger a deeper journey of self reclamationhow to talk to a partner about itwhy the right person will not be scared off by your truthhow truth creates intimacywhy this does not mean you are broken, ruined, or unlovableIf this is something you live with, I really hope this episode helps you feel less alone.  And if it’s not your story, I hope it opens your heart and expands your perspective. This is a conversation about herpes, yes.  And even more than that, it’s a conversation about shame, love, truth, and coming home to yourself.
