Just Lawful

I stumbled across this podcast while scrolling facebook seeing a post on Pirjo Kemppannein series. I was intrigued and since then I have been listening, going back to the beginning over the last 3 seasons I have been angry, saddened, appalled, disappointed and at times ashamed to be South Australian but mostly Daniel & Sean shed light on cases that at times when the verdict seems unjust and sentence lenient the boys manage to explain the law and its limitations whether the outcomes are just or not in eyes of the public. Your series on Louise Bell brought home to me why my parents reined in my childhood freedom and how nights out on the town can turn out really bad with no one held accountable. Thank you for sharing your stories and unpacking all that goes with it makes this show special. I hope one day I will be visiting my home town when a JL live is scheduled. Keep up the work!

Thanks for unpacking the offence of dangerous driving. I can’t understand how they tell us when you learn to drive we are in control of a lethal weapon and yet when you kill some one in your car it is not treated as murder or manslaughter. Thanks for a fabulous podcast

Love this podcast! I feel bad writing this bit but Daniel reiterating what Sean has just said in a less literate way is quite annoying and the only thing that stops me giving a 5 star rating.
