Relaxing

These are great but I find it distracting when the presenter uses the word “laying” where it should be “lying.”

I love it but can you answer this for me?

Can you make the unwinding meditations longer? Also could you every now and then for 20-30 mins talk about a random subject? Like school, general life, looking after elderly ones like that. This is such a helpful way to calm down. I love this podcast I use it everyday! 100% recommend
