    MYM – Peace and Contentment

It’s good to have a busy, active life, but for good mental health, we also need to find some peace and contentment. Is that harder now than it was in simpler times? How do we find those moments of peace? When life is challenging, how can we find contentment?

MYM – Should we always support our friends?

MYM – Should we always support our friends?

People often say their friends will always support them. But should they? When a friend does something you think is bad, should you be an uncritical source of support? Or is a good friend someone who can tell you when you’re making bad decisions?

Engaging

Essential, entertaining, engaging - love love love this podcast. I’ve arrived late so I’m picking all the eps about my issues (lots) - but eventually I’ll listen to all. James is fantastic at asking pertinent questions and making links to applicable contexts from the Prof’s knowledge and advice.

Love it

These two guys are a fabulous combination. The professor is so knowledgeable and down to earth, James is an engaging fellow host. I’m loving this podcast. Can you please cover borderline personality disorder, bipolar 1 and 2 and do more on ptsd? Also, something on inter -generational trauma? Thank you.
