St Barbara Deja Vu, Gold Sector Intel, Drama for Industrial Minerals
On today's show, first, we unpack St Barbara's rebuttal that came out mid-market today. We are bloody bored of the St Barbara Saga but at this stage feel obliged to keep talking about it.
Andromeda (ASX:ADN) notified the market that one of their binding offtake agreements has been canceled in an announcement that dropped on ASX aftermarket yesterday. We discuss that in the context of another industrial minerals player that is in a bit of trouble too - Kalium Lakes (ASX:KLL) which entered a trading halt pending an operational update to the market today.
Then Trav surprises Matty by phoning in a friend to the show. Matthew Keane shares his view on the gold sector after being a Mining Resources analyst for 10 years. And Matty hints at a new segment to come - Word on the Decline.

We are now SBM shareholders, Matty's Processing Insight for the Gascoyne Metallurgical Results
Trav has become a St Barbara shareholder, mostly to give the benefit of participating in the new hotline setup by Silver Lake Resources for SBM shareholders. We decided to give it a ring so Trav is well informed ahead of the shareholder vote on 20 June.
Matty also gives a Processing spectacular about the ins and outs of Gravity circuits and Cyanide Leaching for Gold processing. This was in the context of the latest metallurgical results for Gascoyne Resources regarding their Never Never deposit.

Trouble for Uranium in Namibia, Lithium Winners and Losers
We dive into the breaking story that is doing the ASX rumour mill: that the Government of Namibia is looking at gaining equity stakes in its resources projects as reported by Bloomberg and mining.com. Trav has some hot takes on this from his investigative efforts (yes, Twitter searching). And we also unpack the relative performance of the three big Lithium equity raises conducted on the ASX this month: Leo Lithium (LLL) vs Vulcan Energy (VUL) vs Sayona Mining (SYA). What does Trav think of their relative equity-raising strategies here?

What's Stopping Wyloo Getting its Hands on Mincor? Develop Forms JV with Tjiwarl Contracting
In today's show, we break down Mincor's announcement where they provide an operational update and reveal some cash flow challenges that could result in a breach of their finance facility with BNP Paribas. What does this mean for the takeover offer from Wyloo? And importantly, why are some shareholders not selling in to the offer yet? Plus Matty takes us into why Indigineous engagement is so important in the Mining industry, in light of Develop entering a JV with Tjiwarl Contracting Services.

Must listen
Loving the pod guys. Been looking for a pod to learn more about investing in mining companies and this is both educational and entertaining. My favourite line so far has been ‘retail investors get fisted’. Had me cracking up in the car on the way to work. Keep up the great work!
