thank you amalie. i found this podcast when i was deep in quasi recovery, feeling trapped and unsure of where to turn. i feel like your episodes have helped pull me out of quasi and into real recovery. your scientifically informed approach has been super valuable to me, as the science behind the body’s response to starvation and restriction is something that my treatment team haven’t really focused on. your personal accounts of your own experiences have given me hope, as i now know that full recovery is possible for me too.

This podcast is extremely insightful and packed full of information to help anyone on their recovery journey. Definitely one of the best podcasts on this subject.
