Ruth Pepin is developing improved support for Sentral in 2021

Ruth Pepin manages an energetic and diverse team of support and implementation agents to make sure that Sentral customers have a smooth and seamless user experience. Ruth has worked in technology for several decades. Originally starting in the corporate sector with a training consultancy background, Ruth then turned her attention to education where she could directly contribute to the incredible work done by our teachers and students. In this interview, Ruth outlines some of the exciting improvements that Sentral is introducing to its support systems throughout Term 3, 2021, and beyond.
