Great conversations on important topics

Loving the series of interviews each one had been insightful, entertaining and covering some important conversations. It’s a great mix of international stars and Australian legends (and in some instances both). Looking forward to the next one. Awesome work.

Livin and Men’s Health perfect combo!

Awesome interviews with Chris and Sam 💪🏽 So good hearing what Livin have achieved and the guys at Men’s Health are going from strength to strength (pun intended)!

Call it Ad to Ad instead

I know people have things to sell but come on.
I tried two episodes and they're nothing like it says on the can (which I'm sure if there was a can mentioned, we'd all get to hear what brand it was. Repeatedly).
No insights into strength: physical, mental or emotional. Just ads poorly disguised as content.
