Patron, Maxwell Israels has another great question about documentaries where the subject also acts as the producer of the Film. Maxwell wonders how much that effects the way they are prepared and whether or not today's audiences take this into consideration when evaluating what they see.

Wonderful find!

Huge fan of the Team Deakins podcast and was looking for “review” type podcasts and came across you guys and YOWZAH what a find. So much fun and detail… I just love it; the minutiae of production, and the enjoyment of cinema powers John and Steve and their range of guests.
