WHAT WENT WRONG

It's been thoroughly enjoyable to go back and watch each of these movies through a different lens. It's interesting from a technical perspective, but also the human side of the people involved. I like hearing stories about the crew and support staff more than the actors because it's something new, and they don't get enough recognition outside the industry. I hope this podcast has longevity because there are lots of movies worth rediscovering.

Thanks for a great podcast of some great and not so great movies. It is a lot of fun (mostly: Twilight Zone not so much) to listen to the story of some favourite films. It is a brilliant way to discover some older films I haven’t watched yet. If you love movies you should love this podcast. Thanks Lizzie and Chris.

This is a fantastic podcast for anyone interested in the craziness of motion picture production. Lizzie and Chris are great talent with likeable, easy-going chemistry and a clear love of cinema. It’s like listening to a conversation between two good friends who are absolute movie buffs. Each episode is just the right length. Also great that unlike so many comedic duo podcasts they aren’t just trying to outdo each other for gags or constantly talking over each other. (It’s a pet hate that makes so many podcasts grating to listen to.) Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Holy! I stumbled across this whilst looking for a new podcast to listen to whilst on leave. I am so glad that I clicked on their Evil Dead episode to get such a rich and in depth understanding of not just how that film was made, but how film is made in general. You both put a lot of time and effort into the research and weave a rich and engaging narrative with each episode. Thank you!
