Therapy for the Soul

These podcasts are empowering, confronting, releasing and nurturing all at the same time. So valuable for me as a follower of Jesus on my personal journey of spiritual formation, as a pastor and leader they have opened my eyes to see people in a different light and given me so much more grace, patience and empathy, as a mum it has given me tools to help raise and nurture my 4 beautiful children. Thank you!

Great listening and tool for self work

I love this podcast! I laughed out loud with Lee and Laura Camp in this last episode - it was so good. I’m an 8 and am still learning how to move more gently in this world - podcasts like this are an excellent tool for me. I’m married to a 4 too, so I hang off everything Ian Crohn ever says or writes in the hopes he’ll help me love my husband better! Thanks Ian for your work :)

Incredibly helpful

A friend put me on to this podcast a couple of years ago. It has been so helpful. I’ve been able to get a better understanding of myself and who I am as well as learning about building better relationships with friends and family. This has also helped me to engage better in the workplace as I have come to learn about the motivations of each type.
