In this Esther Calling, Esther speaks to a young woman grappling with the burden of caring for her ailing parents and the feelings of resentment she feels towards her older siblings. But the true cause of this family conflict goes much deeper than who is showing up and who is not.

Amazing subscription

As a therapist who practices IFS personally and with my clients I was so excited to see my two favourite therapists in a conversation! Esther I have always hoped you would bring Richard Schwartz on and I would love to see you do an IFS session with someone on the podcast. IFS is the most powerful form of therapy IMO second to psychedelic assisted so I’m so glad you have brought this to your audience!

I used to love this podcast. However, the commercials/adverts have reached an unprecedented level. It now takes five minutes before any actual interviews begin. We have to listen to Esther ‘sell out’. We then have three more interruptions over a 30 minute podcast. Sorry, you lost me.

I love all the banter and funnies- iDGAF in terms of what anyone says about me or this situation- all I regret it was taken wrongly so many months ago!
I’m glad you are benefiting and a lot of my mates too but what the heck do I do in the present.

Yeah I like Sofia, took it a little far know now my whole past is brought up in terms of exes.

To back a few things up, a lot of time for that girl and if you want my side- when she sees me the next day after a certain thing. Of course I’m going to be a little stand offish.

Let’s move forward and get over this as I will by tomorrow.
At least you know after the greenwood what happened.
You just know when ya know!
Let’s grow up and meet me for once so you can have a great chat- your ppl and me.
I’m harmless just asking
