Little Happier: We Really Don’t Have That Kind of Time.

In this era of the coronavirus, I find myself thinking often about a passage from Anne Lamott’s book “Bird By Bird”—and reminding myself, “I really don’t have that kind of time.”

Listened to the whole thing in four months

I just finished listening to four years of the Happier podcast in four months. The result: a document of a little less than 20 pages with notes I took on how to be happier. Gretchen and Liz share practical and feasible advice on how to make your daily life better. I recommended this podcast to my mom and would recommend it to everybody who reads this review.

Super Fan from 🇧🇪

Merci Liz & Gretchen!!
