Lightt, Dark and Your Sleep: part 1
Another amazing interview on bulletproof radio. What i liked the most in part 1 was when Dr Satchin Panda mentioned that having just one disturbed night, like going to bed late could take up to 5 -6 (or was it 7) days to recover. As a teenager and many years into my adult life, when trying to follow the rhythm of my friends and staying up late it use to take me a week to get back on track. Now I just make sure I don’t stay up late so I will not loose the whole week. It was nice to hear that said out lowed that its normal! :o)
