    Silence isn’t guilt

    This one’s about silence. Why it sometimes feels like guilt, why it makes me uncomfortable and why I’m trying to stop explaining myself just to fill the space. It’s also about the shift that happens when you decide to protect your energy instead of continuing to defend yourself. No advice. No solutions. Just something I needed out of my head. Apparently nothing.
