    Silence isn’t guilt

    This one’s about silence. Why it sometimes feels like guilt, why it makes me uncomfortable and why I’m trying to stop explaining myself just to fill the space. I talk about the urge to respond immediately, the anxiety that shows up when I don’t, and how silence can feel loaded even when nothing is actually wrong. I don’t really have a point or a solution. Im just talking through something I’ve been noticing about myself and tying to understand it in real time. Also sorry if i sound a little off, i have a cold 🤍

    Different Isn’t Dishonest

    Apparently, if you don’t do something the exact same way someone else did, you’re lying. This is a short ramble about how exhausting it is trying to explain your experience to people who already decided you’re dishonest just because your path looks different. No examples. No over explaining. Just something that’s been on my mind.

This episode is about how those moments stick with you, how over-explaining becomes instinct, and how constantly being doubted can change the way you speak and move through the world. It’s also about the shift that happens when you decide to protect your energy instead of continuing to defend yourself. No advice. No solutions. Just something I needed out of my head. Apparently nothing.
