The Biggest CRAVING in the World (SURPRISING)

Get access to my FREE resources 👉 https://drbrg.co/3y3KMDG Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. It turns out that the food most people crave has some interesting benefits. Find out more! 0:00 Introduction: What is the most common craving in the world? 0:38 What this food does 2:20 The most common craving in the world 3:14 Is dark chocolate healthy? 4:30 What you need to know when you consume chocolate 5:30 Check out my video on sugar! Let’s talk about the most common craving in the world: chocolate. Potential benefits of chocolate: • It helps increase energy • It may provide cognitive improvements (clarity, concentration, focus) • It can help improve your mood and decrease stress • It makes insulin more sensitive and may help improve insulin resistance • It contains magnesium • It may help reduce coughing • It may help reduce blood pressure I’m not opposed to consuming chocolate as long as it’s keto-friendly. If you consume chocolate that contains sugar, the sugar can counter the positive effects of chocolate. Because chocolate contains certain stimulants, you may also want to avoid consuming it later in the day. Dark chocolate has the least amount of sugar and the most concentrated phytonutrients. Chocolate is also fermented, and much of the flavor actually comes from the help of microbes. When you consume chocolate, make sure: 1. It’s keto-friendly (it contains an alternative sweetener, like xylitol, monk fruit, stevia, erythritol, or allulose—not sugar, honey, or coconut sugar) 2. It doesn’t contain soluble corn fiber 3. It doesn’t contain tapioca fiber 4. It doesn’t contain resistant maltodextrin or dextrin Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 57, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!

What would happen to your body if you were put on 48 different medications? This is the average number of medications a person takes in an assisted living home in the United States. Hal Cranmer, owner of A Paradise for Parents, and Claud Covaci, CEO of Synkwise, weigh in on the true cost of healthcare. 0:00 Welcome, Hal Cranmer and Claud Covaci! 2:00 Hal’s protocol in his assisted living homes 3:48 Dementia in assisted living homes 6:13 The truth about medication vs. food 7:22 Healthcare encourages medication 8:54 Raising awareness 11:15 What do you think about this problem? DATA: https://aparadiseforparents.com/ Please join me in welcoming Hal Cranmer and Claud Covaci! Claud is the CEO of a software company that manages the medications people take in assisted living homes. In a sampling of 100 residents, the average resident is on 48 medications. Some residents were even taking up to 91 medications! This isn’t healthcare. In Hal’s assisted living homes, he implements programs to help people get off their medications. Many of his residents have seen a 50% decrease in medication usage. Hal focuses on diet and doesn't serve ultra-processed foods in his facilities. Dementia is the top problem in assisted living homes and is extremely expensive, costing an average of $800,000 to $1.5 million per person. Hal explains that dementia starts in your 30s and 40s, so it’s a very difficult condition to reverse. Under Hal’s protocol, he has seen improvement, even in people with dementia. The US healthcare system is focused on medicine, not food, but food is the most significant contributor to your health! Medications treat the side effects of junk food consumption, and the side effects of medications are then treated with more medication. The ultimate goal should be to decrease medications, get people off them, and hopefully help them regain independence. The current healthcare model does not support these goals. One record for a single patient shows they’re on medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, tremors, blood clots, stool softeners, antidepressants, seizures, insulin, schizophrenia, runny nose, nausea, prostate enlargement, and more. This is insane! Failing to address the diet before prescribing these medications misses the root cause of the problems. How to Get Thick and Shiny Hair

If you want thick, shiny hair, this video’s for you. Find out how to get thicker hair with the best vitamins for hair health. Incorporate the best foods for hair growth into your diet today for shiny, lustrous locks. 0:00 Introduction: How to get thick and shiny hair 0:20 Biotin deficiency and hair health 2:07 How to make hair shiny with vitamin A 2:30 How to get thicker hair with omega-3 fatty acids 3:10 L. reuteri for healthy hair 3:47 Copper deficiency and hair health 6:44 Foods for hair growth Magnesium Videos: ▶️    • The BEST and WORST Forms of Magnesium   ▶️    • The Unique Benefits of Magnesium Glycinate... How to Fix Your Gut: ▶️    • Fix Your Gut with ONE Microbe Soil, Grass and Cancer: https://www.amazon.com/Soil-Grass-Can... Today, I’m going to tell you how to get thick and shiny hair naturally! Biotin is a B vitamin that many people take for thick, shiny hair. It can come from the diet, but it can also come from the gut microbiome. The good bacteria in your gut make biotin. This is why a common side effect of antibiotics is hair problems. When you stop taking biotin, you may notice that the problem comes right back, so it’s vital to address gut health when dealing with biotin deficiency. Liver and egg yolks are the best sources of biotin. Nutritional yeast and salmon also contain biotin. Alcohol, raw eggs, and magnesium deficiency can interfere with biotin absorption. Zinc and copper are essential for biotin absorption and function. Retinol, the active form of vitamin A, is only found in animal foods. Liver and egg yolks are the best sources, but you can also find vitamin A in shellfish and cod liver oil. Vitamin A helps control sebum, so it’s very beneficial for thick, shiny hair! For healthy hair, reduce your omega-6 fat intake and increase your omega-3s. Omega-3 fatty acids are vital for healthy hair. Fish oil and cod liver oil are excellent sources of omega-3s. L. reuteri is a microbe missing in 96% of the population. It increases sebum, which makes hair shiny, and it may also increase hair growth. Copper is used in many different enzymes, including the enzyme that helps prevent iron accumulation in your tissues. Iron is vital for hair growth, but we need the right balance. NPK fertilizer in our foods is a common cause of copper deficiency. If the grass is deficient in copper, the animals that eat the grass will also be deficient. Animals with copper deficiency have very dull hair. If this can happen to sheep and cows, it can definitely happen to us! Overconsumption of iron, often from fortified wheat products, can lock up your copper and contribute to copper deficiency. Other contributors to copper deficiency include high fructose corn syrup and high zinc intake. If you want healthy hair, add the following foods to your diet: •Fermented foods (i.e. kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi) •Liver •Egg yolks •Cod liver oil/cod liver •Organic foods •Trace minerals ----------------------------------02:35-10 Learn more about your ad choices. Onion Juice for Extreme Hair Growth: Stop Hair Loss

Did you know you can use onion juice for hair growth, especially if you’re struggling with hair loss? Find out how to stop hair loss naturally with onion juice! Don’t worry, this home remedy for hair loss works without leaving you smelling like an onion! Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Onion juice for hair loss 0:30 Onion juice health benefits 1:32 How to use onion juice for hair growth 2:48 Superfoods for hair 4:15 How to ferment onion juice for hair 5:50 Hair regrowth tips Onion juice is a natural hair loss remedy for many different types of hair loss. Whether autoimmune, nutritional, or fungal, onion juice can help stop hair loss naturally and stimulate natural hair growth quickly. Onions are loaded with sulfur, an essential building block for keratin, the protein that builds your hair. Onions have a high amount of quercetin, which is beneficial for autoimmune hair loss cases caused by alopecia. Quercetin helps increase the growth hormones of the hair follicle. It’s also a powerful antimicrobial, so it can help protect the scalp against the overgrowth of yeast, fungus, and mold. To use onion juice for hair growth, chop one red onion and blend it in a blender. Put the blended onion through a cheesecloth to separate the liquid from the pulp. Massage the liquid into your scalp for a few minutes in the shower. Don’t rinse! Allow the onion juice to sit in your hair for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rinse your hair and shampoo twice to remove onion odor. Do this twice per week for 4 to 6 weeks. You should notice hair growth after week 3 or 4! To increase the benefits of onion juice for hair, add 5 drops of rosemary oil. In a 2015 randomized trial, rosemary oil was found to be as effective as one of the top medications for alopecia. Rosemary oil has several anti-inflammatory and antioxidant phytonutrients that increase blood flow to the scalp. While onion juice for hair has been proven effective, fermenting it can increase its effectiveness! To do this, combine onion juice, 8 ounces of water, a teaspoon of sea salt, and a ½ teaspoon of raw honey in a glass or mason jar. Cover the mixture with a cheesecloth and allow it to ferment at room temperature for 72 hours. This enhances the quercetin in the onion juice, increasing hair growth. Put the mixture through a cheesecloth to separate the liquid. If you’re experiencing hair loss, taking 10,000 to 20,000 IU of vitamin D daily is very beneficial. A healthy diet is also imperative! The Battle of the Cabbages

Sauerkraut and kimchi are two variations of fermented cabbage. They both have amazing benefits for gut health, but is one better than the other? In this video, we’ll compare the health benefits of sauerkraut to the health benefits of kimchi to see how they stack up. Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Sauerkraut vs. kimchi 0:13 Health benefits of kimchi 0:30 Sauerkraut benefits and gut health 1:19 More on kimchi 3:01 Fermented cabbage and gut health 4:17 Is kimchi healthier than sauerkraut? 5:11 Sauerkraut vs. kimchi for fat loss Kimchi and sauerkraut are 2 of the top probiotic foods. Both are made of fermented cabbage. Sauerkraut has a mild taste, while kimchi is spicy and contains other vegetables. Kimchi is made from napa cabbage, radish, garlic, chili pepper, ginger, and salt. Because kimchi contains more vegetables, it has more phytonutrients. It also has a higher diversity of microbes. The dominant microbe in sauerkraut and kimchi is Lactobacillus plantarum. It can survive harsh environments, including the acid in your stomach. This microbe contributes to beneficial gut bacteria and can also increase serotonin. Kimchi helps cultivate a unique microbe not found in sauerkraut that inhibits pathogens such as listeria. It’s also protective against fungus, yeast, and mold. Sauerkraut has more of the microbe L. brevis, which benefits gut health and the immune system. Sauerkraut and kimchi both make bacteriocins, which are natural antibiotics. Sauerkraut and kimchi are both made of fermented cabbage, a cruciferous vegetable with the following beneficial properties: •Rich in phytonutrients •Loaded with glutathione •Contains anthocyanins that support longevity •Potent source of vitamin U, which protects against ulcers •Contains glutamine, which is very beneficial for a leaky gut Not only does kimchi have more diverse microbes, but it also contains fermented garlic, which has potent antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects. It’s also very beneficial for your immune system. There’s a compound in ginger that turns into several other anti-inflammatory molecules when fermented. Ginger is beneficial for digestion and can be an effective remedy for nausea. Compounds in chili pepper are also enhanced when fermented and are beneficial for pain, inflammation, circulation, metabolism, and fat loss. Kimchi is better for weight loss because of its beneficial properties for blood sugar and insulin resistance. It also has more vitamin C. Look for raw sauerkraut or kimchi for the most benefits!
