This chronicles my journey through the 75 Hard Challenge where I hope to gain grit and mental toughness. This is a self improvement challenge that will make you hard. All people need to learn to find the hard and grit inside them. This program was designed by Andy Frisella at the MFCO Project. It will make you a better person, if you can complete it. Will you take the challenge? Can you finish what you start? Can you gain the mental fortitude to do the hard things in life and come out on top?

I was interested until..
I was interested in this podcast to listen through another round of 75 Hard.
Good for him for bettering his life.
But when he said he’s doing a modified version of “75 Hard”.
If you aren’t doing all the steps. It’s not 75 Hard. You aren’t on day 14 of 75 Hard. It’s just part of it.
Props to this guy for putting in the work in most areas and for sharing his experience. But this is exactly what Andy talks about. No compromise.
Props for taking action on starting a podcast. Get it in and win and don’t cheat yourself. We’ve all done that to many times.
