    The Projection Zone

    In all of the Podcast episodes Amy does around this time of the year she brings forward a reflection as this month marks the anniversary of many important events in her life. Today, Amy goes into the projection zone. When we are aligning with our design, where we prevent the evolution is by folding instead of rising with this projection zone. This is where we lose our personal power. Growth comes with polarity. When you go all in and allow yourself to own your alignment no matter what, you will hold the dark and the light. Amy talks about being able to hold a neutral middle ground of alignment and power in order for more to come. When you become more successful, wealthier, more impactful, happier, healthier, hotter, stronger…all of a sudden you’re seen in a different lens of how people used to feel comfortable around you. Amy talks about her own experience with this and the projection zone. We have to be willing to not be understood. We have to be willing to understand. When you are a leader, you need to keep leading.     “I DECIDE”

    In this episode Amy goes into the choice to evolve and hold perspective. Amy stands for owning, holding, walking with it and being in frequency with the “I DECIDE” statement.     Why Do We Hold Ourselves Back?

    It’s Amy’s Daughter, Layla’s Birthday! Happy 10th Birthday Layla!! In the first part of the episode Amy talks about her beautiful experience with motherhood and how unrelatable her relationship with her kids, while building a successful business, is. Amy shares how her journey with food sensitivities started after experiencing skin problems and being told it was from pregnancy hormones and how this ties back to alignment. There are things that we’re doing because we may think are right for us, but they may not be coded in our cells, in our DNA. They may not be “correct” and aligned for us. How quickly do we go for the mainstream thing rather than leaning into our truth? This was Amy’s gateway to opening up to other possibilities and the beginning of her online journey.  Amy gives us a beautiful reminder that our kids chose us. Human Design is so important to understand, not just for ourselves, but for our children and our relationship with them.     Choosing Evolution

    In this episode Amy talks about choosing to not be relatable and shares with us some of the non-relatable things she has done. Amy explains how the relatable thing is to say you’re aligned while the non-relatable thing is to continue to look at the places you’re not and evolve.     Becoming Unrelatable

    In this episode Amy talks about the importance of holding high standards and having grit to call in the most aligned clients. Amy shares how she’s constantly seeking a solution for evolution, meaning there’s constant change in her life as she is unwilling to settle if something isn’t a match or how she wants it to be. Amy also goes into the concept of Alter Ego. In the understanding of Human Design, our soul chooses our human body for it to surrender to the soul in order to fulfil the mission it came here to do. This is our Alter Ego - our soul - while the ego is our human. Our Alter Ego is here to fully live in the most authentic way. When we don’t connect to the identity of our Alter Ego we don’t live up to our potential. Why do most people operate in this way? Because it’s relatable!     Motherhood & Business

    In this episode Amy shares with us how a huge part in her trajectory and self-lead leadership has been around motherhood and single parenting while creating the life that she desires, raising her 3 babies and millions of dollars at the same time. Amy wants to shed a light into what moms are doing inside of this world, creating a powerful dynamic between being a mother and a leader, which takes a lot of courage, boldness and certainty within self and one’s vision. Amy explains how mastering motherhood gives us an incredible ability to master business as well. Both are unpredictable and needs are constantly changing and evolving. Being able to adapt and to hold resiliency and space inside of motherhood, will mirror this into business as well.
