Customer Reviews
Life Changing/Saving
I have battled dieting/weight issues/bingeing for decades. Covid threw me into full on binge eating disorder. It took a long time to even admit that. But to say I felt completely hopeless is an understatement. I stumbled upon this podcast and I will never be the same. I can never un-know what I have learned. It has uncomplicated so many things that I have overcomplicated my whole life. I donāt even have words for how this has changed me and freed me from something I assumed was just my cross to bear.
Thank you!
Admitting what I have been doing wrong
I came across her book to help a client during a life coaching session, she was complaining of binge eating and whatever options I would offer was just not enough.
I read 3/4 of the book in a few days and I was very happy to suggest it to my client.
Which did helped her
While reading the book I realized that some behaviours were very similar to mine, I just never admitted that I had issues with binge eating.
The episode 101-102-103 has opened her my eyes to additional behaviours I have been doing as well.
Like going to a nutritionist and because what he would offer was too much food I never really listened because I was afraid of gaining weight.
During social event, I would pretend to be healthy and be a certain way and go home and act very differently.
I would often hide packages and eat in secret or just tell my husband to not judge me.
Also, telling myself I just will eat less tomorrow.
Even as a life coach, there is always something to improve on and her podcast and book as helped me to create awareness and hopefully I will be able to provide better support for others.
Thank you āŗļø

Innovative, inspired and full of clarity
Even though my issue is more overeating than bingeing and Having struggled for 50+ years with weight issues, Kathryn approach resonated with my inner wisdom profoundly and helped me hear my inner strength. Listening to the podcast feels like coming home and helped me hear those craving voices from a new perspective. Brilliant!!!
