Criterion Cast: Master Audio Feed

Could be great, but there is way too much small talk in the beginning. Worse is the complete absence of film critics who just happen to be women.

Even if you're not a Criterion Collection disciple, the podcasts that appear on the Master Audio Feed (Criterion Cast, Eclipse Viewer, Off the Shelf, etc.) are informative, pleasant, and accessible. Very likeable hosts guide us through the world of niche (and not-so-niche sometimes) home video - Great listening for any movie-lover

I came for the Criterion Collection, and stayed for the "disc 2s", where anything goes.

Really enjoy these discussions on Criterion films. Very knowledgeable panel. My only criticism is that the discussions need some editing. There have been times where the panel takes up to 40 minutes of chit-chatting before they get to the film at hand. Sometimes a 90 minute discussion is too long. But overall I would recommend these to any criterion fans.
