Welcome to Cross Border Interviews.  Our goal is to create meaningful municipal conversations that inform, connect, educate and strengthen communities from coast to coast to coast in Canada.  For this edition of Cross Border Interviews, we are honoured to welcome from the Town of Burlington, Newfoundland and Labrador, Mayor Rudy Norman.  Burlington, Newfoundland and Labrador, is a masterclass in the “rural renaissance.”  Tucked into the rugged coastline of the Baie Verte Peninsula, this small outport town of roughly 300 residents has evolved from a traditional fishing and logging community into one of Atlantic Canada’s most compelling boutique destinations. The town’s identity is defined by a striking contrast: the raw, ancient beauty of the North Atlantic paired with a modern, artistic soul.  ------ Learn More About Today's Community:  https://townofburlington.ca/ ------ Support The Show Today: https://www.crossborderinterviews.ca/support-the-show Join The Show: https://www.crossborderinterviews.ca/be-part-of-the-show  ------ Listen To The Show:  Apple: https://apple.co/3XwwXIv Spotify: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/cross-border-interviews Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/crossborderinterviewswithchrisbrown ------ Follow Us On Social Media:  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/crossborderpodcast/ Threads: https://www.threads.net/@crossborderpodcast  Blusky: https://bsky.app/profile/crossbordernetwork.bsky.social Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CrossBorderInterviews/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/crossborderinterviews/  Website: https://www.crossborderinterviews.ca/ Cross Border Interview is Part of the Cross Border Network © 2026
