Sciatic nerve pain can be caused by a protruded disc, scar tissue on the nerve root, arthritis, an injury, or extended periods of sitting. Poor posture, excess driving, and aging can also contribute to the problem. Inversion uses the weight of your upper body to pull down on your lower back, creating negative pressure and increasing blood flow. This also breaks up adhesions and scar tissue. For the quickest lower back pain relief, try intermittent inversion traction. This involves inverting your body for 1 to 2 minutes and then repeatedly returning to an upright position. It can significantly reduce sciatic nerve pain by targeting the nerve, disc, scar tissue, and blood flow all at once. Research has shown that inversion therapy increases flexibility, reduces the risk of surgery for sciatica, and can relieve lower back pain better than medication. If you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or heart problems, check with your doctor before doing inversion therapy. Start slow with inversion therapy. Begin with a gentle angle of 15–30 degrees for just 1–2 minutes, once or twice a day for the first week. Gradually work up to 5 minutes at a time (in 1-minute intervals) at a 60-degree angle over the next 1–2 weeks. After 3–4 weeks, you can try full inversion for 15–20 minutes, broken into 2-minute intervals, three to four times per week. Intermittent inversion traction will leave you feeling taller with less sciatic nerve pain. You’ll also feel like you’ve had a fantastic stretch! Other ways to eliminate sciatica pain include: •Following a low-carb ketogenic diet •Take 20,000 to 30,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 400 mg of magnesium glycinate (include vitamin K2) •Eliminate omega-6 seed oils from your diet •Perform myofascial stretching You can also perform sciatica stretches without an inversion table! Try the child’s pose with blankets, a wall-assisted leg-up stretch, or lying spinal decompression with a stability ball for sciatic nerve pain relief. Swimming can also be very therapeutic. Thiazide diuretics are the most commonly prescribed blood pressure medications and are taken by more than 40 million people. While they help remove excess sodium, they can also deplete magnesium, an essential mineral involved in blood pressure control.Without enough magnesium, calcium can build up inside the arteries, causing them to become more constricted. This is why calcium channel blockers are commonly used for high blood pressure. Magnesium acts as a natural calcium channel blocker and natural beta blocker. Many diuretics for high blood pressure can also deplete potassium. Potassium and magnesium work together to help keep the arteries relaxed, yet deficiencies in both nutrients are very common. Potassium also depends on adequate magnesium to function properly.Vitamin D deficiency may also contribute to hypertension, and vitamin D relies on magnesium for proper activation and function.High blood pressure is often viewed as a sodium problem, but focusing solely on reducing sodium intake may overlook other important factors and cause other problems. Addressing potassium and magnesium deficiencies could be a better way supporting healthy blood pressure levels.DATA:https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2161831322011279https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0270929506001434 https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6695889/Dr. Eric Berg D.C. Today I want to share some interesting benefits of glucosamine that go way beyond support for osteoarthritis. Glucosamine is an amino sugar. It’s a combination of glucose and glutamine, which is an amino acid. Glucosamine is a precursor for cartilage and has been known to cushion and lubricate the joints. It can also help prevent the breakdown of your joints and maintain your cartilage. It’s especially important for athletes who put a lot of stress on their joints. Other potential benefits of glucosamine: • It supports wound healing • It’s anti-inflammatory • It may help reduce pain • It may help improve varicose veins • Some studies show it can decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes • There is research on glucosamine improving longevity • It may help with inflammatory gut conditions • It may help increase heparin • It may help reduce edema and swelling • It may help with vascular migraines and cluster headaches • It may help with dysfunction in the blood-brain barrier • Some data suggests it could be good for seizures (other data suggests that large amounts could increase seizures) The amount of glucosamine you may want to consider would be between 500 to 1,000 mg three times per day. A certain version of glucosamine called glucosamine hydrochloride should be avoided. ,000 IU of Vitamin D: CRITICAL ERROR?!

Should you take 10,000 IUs of vitamin D every day? What about vitamin D toxicity? In this video, I’ll explain the truth about vitamin D3 and the amazing benefits of taking 10,000 IUs daily. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: 10,000 IUs of vitamin D3 0:50 The importance of vitamin D 2:08 Symptoms of low vitamin D 3:26 Vitamin D resistance 4:39 Magnesium and vitamin D 4:56 The benefits of vitamin D VITAMIN D TEST KIT: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/4kh3I5T 🛒 https://drbrg.co/4brOYNo DATA: https://www.hsctstopsms.com/simple-ov... Many people only take between 600 to 2000 IUs of vitamin D each day. Did you know that 10,000 IUs of vitamin D3 is only .25 mg? Vitamin D is the most important vitamin. It controls 10% of your genetics. Over 90% of the population has less than 40 ng per mL of vitamin D3 in their blood. The guidelines of 600 IUs of vitamin D3 are based on preventing rickets, supporting bone health, and managing calcium in the blood, not for the countless other functions of vitamin D. Low vitamin D levels are caused by people staying indoors, location, skin color, and other lifestyle and genetic factors. Low vitamin D symptoms include: •Low back pain •High blood pressure •Depression •Anxiety •Inflammation •Poor immune function Sunblock blocks the absorption of vitamin D. In 1980, society became sun phobic in an attempt to prevent skin cancer, which has continued to increase despite less sun exposure. You need 10,000 IUs of vitamin D daily, especially for immune function. This amount of vitamin D is the same amount you’d get from 20 minutes of sun exposure in the summertime. When you get a blood test for vitamin D, they’re not checking for the active form and are not accounting for vitamin D resistance. Many things block the vitamin D receptor and contribute to vitamin D resistance, including genetics, plastics, forever chemicals, age, weight, inflammation, pregnancy, and lactation. Vitamin D3 won’t work without magnesium. As you increase your vitamin D intake, the demand for magnesium increases. Vitamin K2 and zinc are also vital when increasing your vitamin D dosage. Vitamin D has potent anti-cancer and anti-tumor benefits at therapeutic doses. It can also combat inflammation and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Coimbra of Brazil has seen positive effects with high doses of vitamin D in people with autoimmune conditions. When using high doses of vitamin D, always check with your doctor. High doses of vitamin D can increase blood/urine calcium levels resulting in calcium deposits in the kidney. Also drink 2.5 liters of fluids per day, take cofactors with vitamin D (magnesium, K2 and zinc) and have your doctor monitor your PTH, vitamin D blood levels and creatinine and avoid excess calcium supplements of high calcium foods when taking vitamin D levels over 10,000 IUs. #health #keto #ketodiet #weightloss #ketolifestyle #intermittentfasting #lowcarb Thanks for watching! I hope this increases your awareness about vitamin D3. I’ll see you in the next video. --- Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

This comprehensive guide can help: https://drbrg.co/3HJ1Hkj Science typically involves normal discord and disagreement, but when it comes to vaccines, opposing medical authority, such as WHO and CDC, is labeled medical misinformation. These organizations create health policy, but are often influenced by drug companies. We’re constantly told that vaccines are safe, effective, and vital for our health. When most drugs are studied for safety and effectiveness, they're tested against a placebo. Vaccine safety studies for children are not conducted in this manner! Vaccine safety studies often involve one active vaccine being tested against another, both containing adjuvants such as aluminum. No actual placebo-controlled studies have been conducted for childhood vaccines. It is considered harmful to give a placebo to children, rather than a vaccine. There have been many drugs and substances considered safe and effective that were ultimately deemed harmful. Vioxx, Paxil, trans fats, and asbestos are clear examples. Raw data from the initial release of a drug is often kept confidential. Around 87% of all Big Pharma-sponsored studies are unpublished. This means that drug companies can choose to publish only data supporting a drug's safety and effectiveness. Health policy and guidelines are then based on this deceptive information. Astroturfing involves creating fake front groups that pretend to represent public opinion. These groups include Citizens for Patient Safety, Partnership to Protect Patient Health, America's Action Network, and Doctors for America.
