JN999podlove ,

so thoughtful

Found the podcast spring 2022 with the Couch to People’ing Training Plan episode and have been hooked ever since. Great topics and guests, the host speaks to my nerdy data side (can you say spreadsheet) while going through many of the same stages.

Always look forward to new episodes

I’ve been listening to this podcast for ages and always look forward to new episodes. It’s so evident how much these two friends mean to each other and it feels like you’re a friend too, sitting around the table participating in their conversation. It’s so fun to listen along as they share tips and advice that range from tiny small ideas to larger big picture things (and yes, I know this is in their intro, but it is spot on). I often find myself laughing, smiling or nodding along and almost always bookmark a website, add a book to my reading list, follow a new person or add something to my to do list to following the podcast. Highly recommend adding this podcast into your life.
