EM Clerkship

As an emerg nurse this is my favourite emergency medicine podcast!! 👩‍⚕️🏥🚑

I’ve listened to every episode - this podcast was THE BEST resource I used for acing clerkship (Canadian medical school). I began listening a month before my first clerkship block (rural family med, emerg, internal med ambulatory clinic) and “exceeded expectations” (top 10%). I continued to listen, copied the recommended approach for presentations etc., and continued to thrive in clerkship and MSI4 electives in critical care and emerg. I matched to a Canadian anesthesiology residency. Now, I am re-listening to this podcast to prepare for my LMCC / MCCQE because it is so comprehensive. I recommend this podcast to all of the MSI’s I mentor. It’s the best!! Thank you soooo much Zack, Mike and Maddie!!

In the episode about ectopic pregnancy, word “woman” was not mentioned once.

I love everything about this podcast: the content, organization, and presentation. I’m in clerkship right now and it has made my studying more interesting and effective. I appreciate that each topic highlights the most important things to remember, it’s clear that a lot of effort went into making this podcast amazing. Thank you Zack and Mike!
