Burn It All Down with Sariya Saabye S01 EPS451
In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Sariya Saabye. Dr. Sariya Saabye wasn’t supposed to be an ultramarathoner. As a 4’9” retired world team power tumbler, she certainly didn’t have the build to be an endurance runner. She was expectedly terrible at it and chronically injured for 5 years despite doing everything she knew to do as a licensed physical therapist, until she shifted her mindset and decision-making. She not only quickly became a healthy barefoot ultramarathoner, but was recruited by Harvard University to start a national running center and teach others to do the same. Dr. Saabye’s mission is to help others avoid the struggles with overwhelm that nearly ended her life. Today she uses her expertise in eliminating overwhelm and distraction to help Flying Wallendas do handstands on the high wire, acrobats achieve careers with Cirque du Soleil and the WWE, and entrepreneurs decrease work hours while increasing their bottom line. These principles even allowed her to complete the world’s longest non-stop boat race with only 4 hours of kayak experience. Her message is clear: with strategic elimination and the power of less, anything is possible. In this episode we discuss minimalism, burning it all down to the ground, mindset, mental health struggles, the written vision and the burning question, will this help me beat the reaper.

"So in simple terms, a minimalist is someone who approaches every aspect of their lives with extreme intentionality and performs frequent and ruthless edits." - 00:30:31
"I think it's just that we're created perfectly to begin with and we need to lean into that and optimize that perfection that's already within us" - 00:50:01

Stepping Into Your Miracle Magnet Mindset with Elvira V Hopper S01 EPS449
In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Elvira V Hopper. My Life Message is about getting real with ourselves and choosing to leave behind any successful looking, yet impostor life. I want all of us to live an authentic truth and witness how the miracles of our heart’s deepest desires happen when we do. We can even defy historical low vibration mindsets and fates. Personally, I had to play small, respectable, responsible and safe, when I was an 11 year old who was shut down after I shared my desire to pursue a career in the performing arts, that I was SO passionate about. My father shut me down as he suffered as an unrealized artist & wanted MORE for his only daughter. So, I chose my two ROCKSTAR yet impostor healthcare careers (lab technologist & pharmaceutical rep) spanning 27 years, to appease my father and to look successful to the world. I needed outside approval (parents, society)…constantly…like I needed oxygen, as I lived out of alignment and I did not love or approve of myself deep down. I won many awards & finished off those careers making 6 figures…yet I also suffered a ‘blessed’ mental breakdown, sparked by adult bullying, which was my wake up call that ‘the jig was up’ and I had to get out to become my AUTHENTIC SELF. I firmly believe that it’s never too late to wake up to whatever dreams lie in you…as they never fully go away and CAN be activated even later in life. In this episode we discuss being a miracle magnet, your JPG Zone the vibration of authentic power, living out of alignment and dying with our music inside us.

"I want you to love your vibe. I want you to be the miracle magnet that you were born to be" - 00:54:59
