Customer Reviews
And handsome too!
I am a self coached athlete and have been for the 31 yrs I’ve raced. This podcast is a must for any self coached athlete as it brings all the best in field experts from around sport in general to share their knowledge. Andrew and Michael add a conversational atmosphere to the discussion and are able to help break down what the guests are talking about so we the listener can understand it in simple terms. My understanding of training concepts as well as bike fitting and aerodynamics have grown 10 fold since listening to them. They also have a patreon page to donate to which I donate too and they should promote more.
In depth look at what matters
Came to the party late, and have been binging on EIP episodes every chance I get. I really appreciate the approach that Michael and Andrew have taken with this podcast: researched backed and in depth. Strongly recommend to any sport enthusiast!
