Promising series, but needs some tweaks

This is a promising series of success stories from people who have made the transition to Start-up Founder. However, the "background music" is too intrusive and makes it hard to follow some of the speakers. Secondly, it would be an improvement to have these discussion focus more on topics like "How your did it" and "Lessons learned".

Lacking

I was really looking forward to these podcasts. And although I'm not entirely dissatisfied with them, I do feel they could be longer, or have more relevant content. I think a good portion of the host's comments are unnecessary, and there are definitely way too many sound effects or too much music. It detracts from the real content which is the insight of the guests. I also often find myself getting exited about the success of the guests and the steps they've taken to get there, but perhaps their answers are not thorough enough or they don't provide enough insight that can be translated into actionable steps. All in all, this mostly feels like a bunch of success stories laden with too much distracting noise, it is lacking in structure and quality of content. His is quite a shame as these guests undoubtedly have a lot more insight to dispense than this.
