So grateful I found this podcast
This podcast has been a god send to me. I stumbled upon it when preparing our brief for the house we are in process of designing. Before I started listening to it all I knew was how I wanted the house to feel but had no idea on where to start to make that happen.
Since discovering it only a few weeks ago I have devoured episodes and don’t know what I would have done without it.
It has given me a framework and invaluable to anyone considering or in the process of a new build or renovation.
She shares her considerable knowledge in an organized and digestible manner. Before finding the podcast I was feeling lost and overwhelmed with the idea of building a house. Now, every time I finish her episodes feeling inspired, empowered, and excited about the project.
So much great content
Amelia is generous with her knowledge and this podcast is so great for anyone building or renovating or considering it. Very well produced and paced. So glad I found this!
Good…for the first 3 seasons
Fell in love with the first 3 seasons (Launch, season 1 and 2) of this podcast. Learned so much and going to implement much of it in my reno. Really dissapointed with the following seasons. Went from being super informative, practical and well presented, to trying to sell us a bunch of stuff (lights from sponsors, courses on this and that, etc…) Then having a co-host not bringing much informative content and rambling on about the paint quote not accounting for painting the wood details during an episode supposedly dedicated to the slab phase of building. Bring back the Amelia giving concrete, practical tips and tricks on designing a home that will feel great and that you will feel great in!!!!
