Soul-filling and uplifting!

This podcast appeared in my life at the perfect time as I navigate life after recent compounded losses. Dr. Robyne and Peter’s conversations are so relatable and listeners truly feel like they are a part of the conversations themselves! The topics they discuss and questions they ask of each other have served to be very enlightening and uplifting in my own journey of rediscovering who I am and what my purpose is after my losses. It is a perfect length and I start my every day with a walk and listening to “In Time”. It has been a pivotal tool in my healing journey and has helped me to start my days on positive and uplifting footing. I truly can’t thank them enough for all they’ve given me through their conversations. I am now caught up on all the episodes and I anxiously await new releases each week!

So much love ❤️

I listen to PK and Dr. Robyne as I drive to work. Their podcasts get me thinking and are a great motivator to ask deeper questions about wellness, my own values, and how I walk (mostly run) through life. Highly recommend!

I just loved the reference of investing in your body. It’s so true that we take care of our investments but if we don’t take care of our bodies we won’t get to enjoy those investments. Thanks again for another great episode.
