    Sharon is an Australian Personal Trainer, Yoga Educator, author and Fitness Manager of Australia's largest fitness facility. In 2007, she began training as a First Responder which opened doorways to a deeper understanding of human anatomy. Sharon is currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology to complement her Yoga School, combining her skillset and passion for teaching yoga classes and facilitating yoga retreats.

Loving kindness meditation

Love the new format. This episode was awesome, I have been incorporating a meta meditation in my daily practice. I believe I have as a result of this practice become kinder and less judgemental of myself and others. Thank you Mark. Looking forward to more episodes from faculty
