Mindfulness For Beginners

This is the first time I have seen this. I loved the accent, I loved the information being said. I decided to follow this one and will now listen to the rest of the episodes! This was really great especially for the those who have a hard time with meditation. A really great place to start! ❤️

I've been trying so hard to get into mindfulness and meditation, but without success. This podcast was the best thing ever, I have learn so much from it (and absolutely love the accent, it's somehow so calming😭).
