This podcast/story is magic. The author is a wonderful writer and insightful thinker - a special combination. There is so much respect and empathy for Darryl, it took what could have been a straightforward story and filled it with the messy nuance of the human condition. I am wishing Darryl well on his new adventures.

This podcast was captivating, heartbreaking and beautiful. I have to admit, I went into it thinking it was a fiction podcast, but quickly realized it was a true story. It kind of even made the experience better. The host did an amazing job and hope to hear more stories from him. He honoured Darrell in this story.
