The motivation I needed!

If you’re thinking about running, but you’re not sure if it’s for you. You need to listen to every episode of this podcast! If you don’t, you might just miss the little nuggets of information that come up.

Never thought in a million year that I would call myself a runner, but Jill is so inspiring!!
