Hammergirl ,

A modern day Edgar Allen Poe

Somehow this podcast mingles a soothing orator telling heart-racing stories reminiscent of Poe. From the music (originally composed) to the language to the intonation of each word, the stories are the perfect nightcap of literary horror.

Very impressed!

The whistling!!

I love this podcast but I had to skip the entire first season because I listen at night and the whistling is so obnoxious! I like to listen back to back so it wouldn’t matter for just one as I can skip it, but by episode 2 I’m falling asleep and it jolts me awake. It’s so awful!
Her voice is amazing though. Season 2 is much much better for night time listening

Excellent

Captivating story, within a story, within a story. The writer, creator, and narrator is truly gifted. Thank you for sharing your gifts. Hugs and best wishes.
