Major omissions in an otherwise fascinating story: the criminally complicit role of fundamentalist churches and beliefs as well as the public officials who belong to them and believe in Satan/Satanists etc. connections drawn to the US were shaky and vague; digging deeper into the cross border cultures of extremist religious ideology would set a better context.
