Excellent podcast
This podcast gives an excellent look into Buddhism. It has taught me a lot and has made an important difference in my life.
Peaceful
When I can’t focus and I feel chaotic, I listen to an episode of this podcast and it brings me back to where I want to be. I’ve listened to every single ep. Even the ones I didn’t think would teach me something, all did.
I love this
I’ve been trying since I was 16 years old to comprehend Buddhism and understand the teachings. It is so hard to find a way to take the teachings and apply them to yourself when you are teaching yourself. This podcast has done so much to help me understand what Buddhism is trying to teach. Thank you so much for doing what you do! I am so grateful for it!
