Great radio is theatre of the mind. We figured a podcast dedicated to the mental side of golf would be a natural. So we created one. Featuring golf expert Tim O'Connor and Humble Howard Glassman.

On the latest episode GSL and Coach Tim talk matters of the heart as Howard recounts the somewhat stressful tale of going to a hospital in Mexico and having to return from vacation early. Swing Thoughts 215 for November 11, 2022
On the latest post-season episode GSL and Coach Tim discuss how your unexpressed emotions affect your ability to play your best golf. Somebodys' playing music, moving too much or standing in your line? If you're afraid to speak up it can lead to a lot of low-level aggravation and a lot of 'anyways' shots. A very different kind of golf podcast and as always brought to you by TaylorMade golf!
Great honest stuff!!
I got hooked on Howard and Tim when I came across there podcasts searching for golf related stuff . They offer very insightful views on the game , especially from a mental side . Tims experience as a university coach along with Humbles journey to scratch will give any serious or avid golfer (young or old) a comedic window into this addictive game ! There ability to invite guests with golf backgrounds also gives this show more layers and depth then other podcasts. As a numbers nerd myself , I really appreciate Howard’s input -especially with Decade app (Scott fawcett) .A must podcast “if you stand for lower scores” As a bonus , these guys broadcast in a city nearby- so personally it hits all the cords for me!!!
Golfing for 40 plus years, spent the entire time practicing and working on mechanics, never shot par for 18 holes. Came close lots, but melted down as I focused on OH MY GOD I HAVE A CHANCE TO SHOOT PAR.
As a long time Humble and Fred listener (go subscribe to that podcast too!) I stumbled on Swingthoughts pod by accident. It shifted me to what do I think about when I play, I have a list of things now help me mentally, and voila I shot even par for 18 holes in September. Turns out it’s that easy!
Thanks to Tim and Howard, life changing pod!
Love the insight !!! Helps a Hacker like me.
