There have been a lot of skiing related podcasts pop up over the last couple of years (which is awesome) but this has to be the strongest one if you grew up as a free skier and know a lot about the sport and it’s history. Xavier is a great host who lived through the emergence of free skiing and was working as a cinematographer with a lot of talented athletes at the time. He knows how the era changed, what tricks were introduced when, how the industry has changed, significant moments in the sport, and is able to tie all of this knowledge into his guests lives to ask really great questions. This isn’t a surface level wikipedia podcast of an athletes history (go listen to TPM for that, also a great show). 5 stars and a lifetime listener.
